nVinuci obtains non-alcoholic drinks by completing the process of fermentation of wines.

nThis unique technology allows to evaporate alcohol from wine. The original flavour remains unaltered.

nThis process happens under vacuum at a maximum temperature of approx. 21 C for approximately 48 hours.

nThe result is a non-alcoholic beverage with an organoleptic composition similar to that of alcoholic wine.
